Mission

Gather parents, staff, community members and organizations from Area B to work to improve our Schools for the success of all students.  Connect the Area B Community, and work with the   Area  B Superintendent  to make our Schools more family and community friendly.

 

Parent & Community Leadership

6 Area B District Parent Advisory Council (DPAC) Representatives (& 6 Alternates) are recruited through the B Council. They represent us at the District (City-wide) Council that meets monthly with Superintendent Bernadeia Johnson   and her Leadership Team.

We seek to gather and reflect the diverse community,   ideas and feedback of Area B.

 

Area B Council Meeting Dates 2012-13: all meetings begin at 5:30 pm with refreshments; the meeting is from 6:00-7:30 p.m. Free childcare, Spanish & Somali interpreters are provided.
